Knead on, MacDuff. Hells bells, I am giving people FOOD for Xmas presents. That I actually baked myself. Me, the person who very nearly failed home-ec in junior high... who thought that baking muffins with pineapple and pineapple juice was a good substitution for apples and apple sauce, and ended up with hockey pucks... who has made lasagna that could double as a doorstop... I am actually getting really good at making bread, but it took a long time to muster up the courage to try. It just goes to show you that if you are adventurous and you try new things, eventually you find things that you're good at. For me, it's cookies. Go figure. I have faith in you. Knead on, MacDuff.
