We’re watching Dirty Jobs, which I have to say is one of the funniest and grossest shows I”ve ever watched. I can’t help but laugh, even though the host is always knee-deep in some kind if excrement. This guy is truly funny. At this moment, he’s talking about collecting B-roll film, which in itself, if you ask me, sounds like a dirty job.
Mike has just explained to me that digital video still goes on magnetic tapes. So yes, I really am learning, because in addition to learning about a mine in the salty bowels of Wichita, in which they’ve taken apart and reassembled a Pontiac Bonneville, I now know something about video that I didn’t know before.
Wow. And I thought I was getting stupider.
