I've worked as the lead copywriter for a variety of clients, including Dell, Mercedes-Benz USA, and Presiva (a Procter & Gamble company). Take a look below to see a few examples.
CareOne Credit Counseling
As part of the original team that redesigned the CareOne Web site, I helped establish a friendly, trustworthy, tone of voice that could put customers with credit woes at ease. Many people who visit the CareOne site feel as if they have nowhere to turn. Our job was to make them see how CareOne could help them take control of their debt.
Dell Wireless Solutions (Small Business)
When Dell launched a new line of wireless products designed to complement their Inspiron and Dimension notebooks, they also wanted to create a resource center for users who were unfamiliar with the technology. The Wireless Solutions Center gives small business users information on how wireless technology works, how to set up a network, and which Dell products can help them "go mobile". Balancing educational and transactional content was a challenge, but the Wireless Learning Center was such a success with business customers Dell created a similar section for home users and applied the model to other products, such as servers and storage.

Procter & Gamble - PGjobs.com
Procter & Gamble wanted to create a series of small Flash pieces as part of their recruitment efforts. The pieces, which live on the company's US Web site, were aimed at university students and recent graduates.

Doneff Trainor & Associates
A Calgary-based company with international clients, Doneff Trainor & Associates creates incredibly lifelike figures for museums worldwide. The company's new online presence also documents the painstaking model-making process, from plaster casts to museum installation.
